FEBRUARY MEETING IN CEZAIS
CLASSIFY THE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES ORGANISED
DURING THE MORNING FROM 1 TO 5:
(1 being the activity you preferred).
1/ Looking for information about the commune. (questionnaire 1)
2/ Having breakfast with French seniors and students
3/ Listening to the seniors' and to the students' songs.
4/ Answering questions about the digital photos. (questionnaire 2)
5/ Exhibition about WW1.
- COMMENTS ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES:
"I enjoyed these activities, helping students and also meeting my good friend who lives in Cezais. I'm afraid I don't remember the Exhibition about WW1."
"Thank you for a very pleasant morning and for all the efforts that were made to ensure its success. I look forward to the June meeting. I enjoyed all the activities and having the Mayor as our senior was very helpful as he was a mine of information about his commune. We didn't loook at the WW1 exhibition as we weren't aware this was part of the day's activities."
"I couldn't send the feedback form to you following our Cezais visit. The most important aspect for me, as always is meeting with the students, particularly during breakfast when the conversation can be informal, but informative and now that we have the senior citizens taking part too, it has added another dimension. I've always enjoyed the fact finding exercise, looking at photos, translating the information and responding to the questionnaire and the slide show is a lot of fun. Hope that helps with your figures."
COMMENTS ABOUT THE STUDENTS:
"The two girls were very polite and nice. One of them is very good at English both spoken and written but her classmate lacks confidence and was happy to leave the work."
"One of the girls coped very well, showed a level of English vocabulary and was confident in expressing herself. The second girl was no so confident and did not have the same level of competence but she tried her best."
"Both girls were very friendly. They were a little shy but that is absolutely normal. I was the same at their age, especially when my parents sent me on an exchange to a French family!"
"The boys were excellent. We would like to be paired with them every time.They were really very good at both spoken and written English. "
